Booking and visit
How do I book an appointment?
Fill in the form on the site, call +38 (099) 655-00-57 or write via Telegram, Viber or WhatsApp. The administrator will clarify your request and suggest a time.
What should I bring to my first visit?
An ID document is not required. It is useful to bring X-rays and records of previous treatment, if you have them, and a list of medicines you take.
What if I suddenly get a toothache?
Call the duty doctor: +38 (096) 306-47-74. They will advise what to do and when it is best to come.
Prices
Where can I see the prices?
All items are on the “Prices” page (price list 2026–2027). The doctor names the final amount after examination.
Why does the final amount differ from the price list?
The price list gives the price per unit of service. The number of units, complexity and materials are determined during the examination.
Can I pay in stages?
Please ask the administrator when booking — terms depend on the treatment plan.
Treatment
Is dental treatment painful?
Local anaesthesia is used before painful procedures. Tell the doctor about your fears — they will adjust.
How long does prosthetics take?
It depends on the restoration: after tooth preparation and an impression the laboratory makes the work, and a temporary crown is placed meanwhile. The doctor gives the timing in the treatment plan.
Who decides the treatment plan?
The doctor, after examination and, if needed, X-rays. They explain the options, stages and cost.
